How do I earn Tea Leaf Rewards?

It's easy to earn Upton Rewards in the following ways:

- Create an account: Earn 100 Upton Rewards when you create an account
at www.uptontea.com
- Make a purchase: Earn 10 Upton Rewards for every $1 spent at www.uptontea.com
- Birthday Bonus: Receive 500 points on your birthday when you add the
date in your Upton Rewards dashboard in My Account.
- Refer-A-Friend: Refer Upton Tea Imports to your friends with your unique
link and receive 1500 points when they make their first purchase with us.
- Each published writen review up to 5 a month will add 10 points in your
Upton Rewards dashboard. Frequency for reviews is five a month.

*Upton Rewards earned by making a purchase remain in 'pending' status for 30 days
after the purchase to allow for returns.

How do I access the Upton Tea Imports Valued Customer Program andreview my Rewards?

To access the Valued Customer Program, sign in or create an account. From the
'My Account' section, click on Loyalty.

What do I need to do to receive 500 points on my birthday?

After signing in on www.uptontea.com, in the My Account section, click on
Loyalty. In the Upton Earn Rewards section, click on the Birthday Rewards and
enter your birthday.

How do I redeem my Upton Rewards?

It’s easy to redeem your Upton Rewards. Just start the checkout process
on www.uptontea.com, and under select the amount of Reward Points you’d like
to redeem near the discount code entry.

How do I refer a new Upton Customer?

To refer a new Customer, sign in or create an account. From the My Account
section, click on Loyalty. Scroll down to the Refer a Friend section and copy the
link provided into an email or text to your friend. You will earn 1500 points once
your friend clicks on the link, creates an account, and makes an online purchase
with us.


Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for Upton Rewards earned
by referring a new Customer to process and update in your account.

Why are my Upton Rewards in 'pending' status?

Upton Rewards earned by making a purchase remain in 'pending' status for 30
days after the purchase to allow for returns. The Upton Rewards may be
redeemed after 30 days.

Will my Upton Rewards expire?

Upton Rewards will expire after 12 months of inactivity. You must make a
purchase, create a review, or successfully refer a new Upton Customer at least
once every 12 months to keep your Valued Customer account active.

Can I earn Upton Rewards if I checked out as a guest (without signing intomy account)?

Yes, you can. If you checked out as a guest, and do not have an existing account
at www.uptontea.com, please create an account using the same email address
that was used on your order. Upton Rewards earned from your purchase will
automatically be added to your account.


If you checked out as a guest and have an existing account at
www.uptontea.com, your Upton Rewards will automatically be added if you
completed your purchase using the same email address as the one listed on your
account.


If you made a purchase using a different email, please note that Upton Rewards
are tied to your email address and cannot be transferred.

Why were my Upton Rewards rejected?

Your Upton Rewards may be rejected for the following reasons:

o If the person you referred is an existing customer.
o If you have exceeded the allowable frequency for products reviewed.

Why can't I see my Upton Rewards?

You will not see Upton Rewards if you checked out as a guest and did not create
an account. Please create an account using the same email address you used
when making your purchase. Upton Rewards earned from your purchase will
automatically be added to your account.
If you made a purchase using a different email, please note Upton Rewards are
tied to your email address and cannot be transferred.
