"Very nice white tea. Brewed usually 1-2 min on first brewing, very delicate flavors and a nice balanced cup. Exactly what we were looking for in a white tea. (Not too "piney", which I can sometimes have too much of in white teas)." Peter

"While I am certainly no expert on white teas, I generally enjoy Pai Mu Tan, and this was no exception. I liked the tea, but it didn't capture my attention in any special way. The flavor was very good, as I have usually found Pai Mu Tan to be, and everything else checked out all right. The added bonuses of the product being organic and sold at a fantastic price allow me to give 'Very Good' overall."
