"The first few times I tried this I was disappointed. It sat in the cupboard for almost a year, until I decided to try it again. This time something clicked. It tastes wonderful, with a nice mouth feel and a mild smokiness. It reminds me of a cross between a milder, smokier Chinese black tea and maybe a yellow tea. If you don't like the herbaceousness of many green teas, try this one!" Jessica A. Garberich

"The tea has a smooth taste full bodied, and creamy. It has no herbaceous flavor like other green teas sometimes do, which really appeals to the flavor I am usually looking for in a green tea for everyday drinking. Great value" Mr. Tim Burrows

"Light green tea with some grassy notes - different from Japanese green teas - a dash of peppy bitterness - a little reminiscent of pine."
