"The roasting process imparts a nice quality to this tea. It gives it a coffee-like flavor similar to Postum, although Postum has only a touch of caffeine. This is a nice change of pace from the usual camellia sinensis." Eric Nils Johnson

"This yerba mate offers a toasty, roasted profile. Given it's lack of powder and sticks, it is easy to brew for those lacking a bombilla. However, it's quite pricey and doesn't quite deliver the authentic mate experience."
