Normally produced in mid-May from spring buds, the leaves of this medium-sized fine plucking have a fresh and enticing aroma. The liquor is a light jade color with yellow highlights. The cup is flavorful with layers of subtle vegetal nuances, ranging from sweet to gently spicy. Grown without the use of chemical pesticides or fertilizers.
