Description: This outstanding selection was produced in West Java at an elevation over 1500 meters. The tea is composed of pluckings of tender buds, which are hand rolled and dried at low temperatures in order for them to retain their unique character. The infusion is refined, with a sweetness and delicate caramel flavor note. The addition of milk unlocks a malty nuance. Production capacity for this tea is extremely limited.

"I brewed one cupweight in 6 oz water just off the boil for 3'30". Without milk: interesting, but raw-edged from the tannin. A little bit of milk really helped. Satisfying, flavorful (hint of chocolate?), smooth finish. Nice morning tea."
