Every order you place via this website is kept on file for your reference or review.
If at any time you wish to view the current status of all of your orders, simply go to
Your Items and Orders. A summary of every order you've ever placed via uptontea.com will be displayed.
When your order changes status (such as it being shipped), you will be notified immediately by email.
Can I change my order? You may edit or cancel pending orders that have not yet been processed by navigating to the same area above. If an order has already entered the packing process, you cannot modify it in any way. We'll let you know via Email when you can no longer edit your pending order(s). You cannot change the payment method or personalized labels on a finalized order. If you must, cancel the order and place a new one with the correct information. Note: If you do this, ALWAYS be sure to cancel the order first -- your order could enter packing status while you are creating your new order!
Adding items to your order. As long as your order is not being packed, you may add items to existing orders. To do this, follow these steps:
